SHELTER, Inc.’s benefit concert is set to return this fall! Join us from 1-6 pm on Sunday, Oct. 3, at Village 360, located at BackRoad Vines in Fairfield, for live music, food, and drink.
“We’re incredibly excited to bring back Rock for SHELTER,” said SHELTER, Inc. CEO and resident musician John Eckstrom. “It’ll be great to reconnect with people in a safe environment and come together through music to support the work we do to combat homelessness in Solano, Contra Costa, and Sacramento counties.”
Members of the SHELTER, Inc. Family Band will play in various lineups all afternoon, with the set list including a heavy dose of classic rock and roll and blues along with original songs and light jazz. Refreshments will be available for purchase at the venue, including wine produced on-site and hors d’oeuvres.
While we are happy to put on this in-person event for our friends and supporters, we are also mindful of the COVID-19 pandemic. We strongly urge all eligible members of our community to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Those who have not been vaccinated by the time of our event are still welcome to attend. We encourage all attendees to always wear a mask when not eating or drinking. Free N-95 masks and COVID-19 rapid testing will be available.
You can sign up online to reserve your spot at Rock for SHELTER. A minimum donation of $20 is suggested, either at the door or through our online platform.
More information about the event, including special guests, sponsors, and the schedule of events, will be announced as it draws closer. In the meantime, relive our 2018 event by visiting our photo gallery below, and stay tuned to our website and social media platforms for news and updates!
