Embarc joins Rock for SHELTER as a platinum sponsor

SHELTER, Inc. is delighted to announce that Embarc will serve as the sole platinum sponsor for next month’s Rock for SHELTER benefit concert.

A retailer focused on demonstrating through action that cannabis can operate mindfully and successfully in communities, Embarc has Bay Area stores in both Martinez and Alameda, and is expanding into Fairfield. The company is active in the neighborhoods in which it operates, donates a percentage of all sales to local community investment funds, and is committed to providing financial support to organizations and causes central to its locations.

“The city of Fairfield has identified homelessness as it’s number one issue to resolve,” SHELTER, Inc. Director of Development Julie Clemens said. “SHELTER, Inc.’s work in preventing and ending homelessness is essential in the continuum of services to some of our most vulnerable neighbors in Solano County. We are honored by Embarc’s sponsorship of Rock for SHELTER and esprit de corps that tangibly demonstrates their community-minded ethos.”

Rock for SHELTER will take place from 1-6 pm on Sunday, Oct. 3, at Village 360, which is located at BackRoad Vines in Fairfield. Attendees can expect to enjoy live music from the SHELTER, Inc. Family Band, and refreshments will be available. Donations of $20 per person are suggested, and those will be accepted online and at the door. Additionally, all attendees are encouraged to wear masks when not eating or drinking, and free N-95 masks and COVID testing will be available on-site.
