We work with many private homeowners, property managers, leasing and affordable housing agencies who rent directly to those we serve. This gives property owners and property managers the opportunity to help the most vulnerable members of our community directly.

How It Works
We will work with you to find a good match for your property. You screen prospective tenants using your existing criteria.
Complete the three necessary forms in the application process outlined below (Letter of Intent to Rent, W-9 and a Non Conflict Statement).
Pass a property habitability inspection and then provide a copy of the signed lease to SHELTER, Inc.
