2023 Swing for SHELTER a Sold-Out Success Our sold-out 29th Swing for Shelter event April 17 at Round Hill Country Club provided a great day on the green for 144 golfers and followed-through with successful live and online auctions, including a bidding war for a special game and meet & greet with NBA Hall of Famer Chris Mullin. The outpouring of support from the tournament and reception benefitting the homeless grossed $208k. Our participant Heidi Gardner (pictured with her daughter) was interviewed by Mistress of Ceremonies Ann Notarangelo, Martinez Refinery External Relations and Emmy-award winning former CBS Channel 5 weekend anchor, in a moving testimonial of Heidi’s journey through homelessness.
